2. Services

Obscurity provides analytics governance advisory services for regulated organisations, including governance diagnostics, framework implementation, and ongoing governance partnerships. The scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or engagement letter agreed between Obscurity and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, scoring models, tools, and proprietary processes used in delivering our services remain the intellectual property of Obscurity Ltd. Client-specific deliverables (reports, inventories, remediation roadmaps) become the property of the client upon payment in full. Clients may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share Obscurity's proprietary methodologies without prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

Obscurity's analytics governance services are advisory in nature. We provide governance assessments, recommendations, and evidence-based reporting to support compliance efforts. Our services do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obscurity's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Obscurity shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Governing Law
